1C, email, files, internet, tills — a company's daily work runs on its infrastructure. When the foundation is weak, the problems never stop. The network slows down, the server freezes, and one damaged cable can stop the whole office.

We build infrastructure around your needs. How many people do you have, what software do you run, where should data be kept, and how will the company grow? Then we prepare a design, choose the equipment, install it, document it and put it into service.

If you don't need to start from scratch, we review your current setup, show you the weak points and bring it into shape step by step.

- **Office network and Wi-Fi** — Structured cabling, switches and routers, and stable Wi-Fi in every corner of the office.
- **Firewall and VPN** — Protection from outside threats and secure VPN access for branches and people working from home.
- **Backup and recovery** — Automatic backups stored separately, plus a plan to restore your systems if something goes wrong.
- **Hybrid and cloud** — Keep in the office what belongs there and move the rest to the cloud — Azure, AWS or our own hosting.

## From design to go-live

- **Needs assessment** — We look at your headcount, software, data volumes and plans for the future.
- **Design and budget** — The network layout, equipment list and costs are clear up front. No surprises.
- **Installation and testing** — We install the equipment, configure the systems and test everything before go-live.
- **Handover and support** — You receive the documentation and passwords. If you like, we also take care of ongoing maintenance.

## How pricing works

- IT support: a fixed monthly fee. It depends on the number of computers, users and servers and on the scope of work.
- Projects such as installation, cabling and migration are quoted separately.
- Hosting: the price depends on the number of users and the configuration.
- An exact written quote follows a short introductory call. The consultation is free.
- Payment is made under a contract, against an invoice.

## Frequently asked questions

**Who buys the equipment?**
The design includes an exact equipment list and our recommendations. You can buy it yourself, and we help you choose and purchase it.

**Should the server be in the office or in the cloud?**
That depends on your software, internet connection and budget. A hybrid model often works best. After the assessment we compare the costs of each option for you.

**Will work stop during installation?**
We plan the work to keep downtime to a minimum. Switch-overs are usually done outside working hours.

**Can you check our existing network?**
Yes. We review the network, servers and backups and give you a written list of risks and an improvement plan.

**Who looks after the system afterwards?**
We hand over all documentation and passwords. If you like, we continue with ongoing maintenance under an IT support contract.
