While serving our clients we run into everyday problems, and we build our own tools for them. The tools below are in real use today.

## Bulk download of e-invoices

Instead of opening and downloading each e-invoice one by one, accountants select a period and get every invoice, with all its lines, in one Excel or JSON file.

- Works on the new.e-taxes.gov.az portal with your own ASAN İmza login
- Collects incoming and outgoing e-invoices separately
- Full lines with product name, quantity, price and VAT split
- Does not store your login data or send it to any outside server
- Result: a ready, editable Excel table

## Online IT support request system

Each client company has its own access. Problems are reported with a category and urgency, our engineers see the request at once, and the time spent is recorded.

- Choose the problem category and urgency
- Notice when a known problem is already being handled
- Follow the status of each request
- Short rating when a request is closed
- Phone number available even when the internet is down
- Monthly report per company — time spent, Excel and PDF

## Task tracking for teams

A task can go to one person or be split into parts for several people. Each employee sees their own tasks, updates the status and shares files when needed.
